B.Schappel
How did you get the GA-EP45T-USB3P to work 100%? I can't find a good DSDT and can't get audio or ethernet to work. Any links you could post? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/226870-3-100-working-builds-for-osx-under-800/#findComment-1527690 Share on other sites
5hadowhawk
I am new here and just built my first mac based pc system. Unfortunately I am also having these audio and ethernet issues with the EP45t-USB3P mobo and would love some help/support or for anyone to point me in the right direction, or post some links. thanks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/226870-3-100-working-builds-for-osx-under-800/#findComment-1527713 Share on other sites

Nick vezmar
Actually it would be nice to even know if there is a working method for installing SL on this board. I cannot for the life of me seem to find a suitable method to install it. My install either hangs at the dark grey loading screen (which eventually leads to a shut down), or it won't install on the hard disk at all. Anyone care to share a successful install method for the EP45T-USB3P? Hagar
No such thing as a 100% build, anyone claiming so either doesn't know what they're talking about or is outright lying. Topics like these create false expectations (noobs read "100%" & think it means that the hardware will "just work") and go out of date really fast, so please don't make them. Hangten
Sounds like an ad or some kinda get me brownie points for ewegg.com Why not just get a Mac Mini? Its not as powerful but either are the posted builds. Figure you need all the goods, like Apple peripherals and decent monitor. Meh, Apple to Apples is best and Apple to Orange good enough for some. But can it play "Crysis" at full res? Black Ops perhaps on low settings? ZackMacAttack
Let me CLAIRFY... This Topic was intened to simply help people pick hardware. All tree of these system I have help people install osx on and the Install was very easy. Getting Hardware to work required little to no work on all of them. And I said 100% working as in everything works, NOT OOTB, OR WITH ALL APPLE KEXTS. But EVERYTHING WORKS! Also I have built a better Desktop System, Check my Sig.
