I just use the free DiskInternals Linux Reader.

For a freebie app it's pretty good. I just don't like how it has to parse the whole filesystem before loading. With the HFS driver, Mac volumes shows up in Explorer like my other Windows partitions (albeit read-only) which I find much more convenient.

On MACOX, I don't use any drivers to be able to write on Windows' NTFS, I can only read file from Windows' partiion.

On Windows, I use MacDrive but sometimes it causes problems for MacOSX's partiion, then I have to use Disk Warrior to fix.

It looks like it's the end of the road for this solution if you use the current version of Windows 10. I just grabbed the latest BootCamp release hoping for updated drivers but instead they're gone.

The old drivers still work up to Windows 10 1511.
