What is the thickness of the metal on the back of the PowerMac case that I'll need to cut? Also what's the thickness of the Lian Li motherboard tray? Rough guesses would be ok. That's my opinion, its only 15cm width the others are widther, and I think they will cover the open/close handle, but wait till you get your case, then measure and compare the thinks.
