weblancer
I've been trying to use Darwine to run the latest version of Adobe Photoshop. I've tried running the setup.exe. I get an error that reports I do not have enough RAM even though I do. Is there a way to get Photoshop CS2 to run? I'm relatively new to using Wine. Thanks. buglamp
I'll bet wine is faster then rosetta in this scenario.
sam-i-am
I want to to a speed test comparing: x86 PS CS2 under bootcamp x86 PS CS2 under Parallels x86 PS CS2 under Darwine PPC PS CS2 under Rosetta PPC PS CS2 on a G5 (as a control) I have already thoroughly tested the x86 version under rosetta and bootcamp, and somewhat under parallels. I suspect darwine is the fastest option that doesn't require rebooting your computer. Has anyone gotten it to work or does anyone have any experience between the different platforms? sportman
your best bet for getting this working is through crossover office alpha, darwine is far far behind .
bittered
Crossover Mac Alpha 3 will run Photoshop 7, I haven't tried CS2 but I don't think it will. This page may help you http://www.codeweavers.com/compatibility/b...d=1288;issues=

You can find two of those results at macworld's home page. Why reinvent the wheel?
