However though, I just ordered 2 of them a couple of days ago (back when it was still listed as 299 on web) through dell small business sales rep using live chat. I was offered with 192 x2 + tax + free ship = $408 and they are to be arrived on Monday. Wish I would have done the chat, maybe would have gotten a better deal. They must have a big stock and Dell is hurting for biz these days. dacanayl Posted June 12, 2010 Share Posted June 12, 2010 I've been looking for a good monitor for my first mackintosh build over the following month. There's a dizzy of options available and it seems if you want a good IPS panel at a reasonable price, Dell is the way to go. Their U2410 is going for $500 and with coupons you can get it for about $440 which is the best I've seen for that caliber monitor. Their smaller E-IPS panels are also well reviewed. My main gripe with dell monitors is their poor aesthetic. They really haven't changed the blocky look for years. I wish they took some cues from Apple or Asus. I'm really digging the styling of Asus's MS246H, which is one of the best TN panels around at the moment.
