Ya know, when I use 10.4.1 install DVD, it stops booting saying "Still waiting for root device".

After went to 10.4.5 install DVD (Maybe this is a prepatched one?), no more "Still waiting for root devide" but have some other unkown problems.

Then your 10.4.6, everything back to 10.4.1, the "Still waiting for root device" is back.........

I just wanna know:

Is your iso a prepatched one? If not, will you release a prepatched one later?

Notice: I havn't even get into install GUI yet, NEVER!

Make sure you install the custom packages under "Customize Install" in the installation part. If you don't, I don't think the patches get installed automatically.. I'm running 10.4.6 right now..

Seems like you didn't understand what I said at all.

With this problem, I can't even get into the install GUI, how can I select any custom packages?

If only I can, do you think I'd be so stupid to bother everybody to help thinking about this problem?

yeah its patched but i see you have ATI Xpress X200M you ata controller is not supported,if someone pm's me a link with a working ati ata kext, ill release a ppf patch for the iso to fix it for this chipset

it works great on nforce/ati, it's the kext i'm using now on ppf4

Wondering if JaS is working on the project now... I believe in him (do I have other choices? :)).

Surely I can wait... But hope this waiting will not last too long......

Go ahead, JaS! You're my hope!

Specially thanx to all programers working with this OS, such as Myzar & Jas and so on..........

Ok guys I have just released a ppf for this iso to add ATI ATA support. The new ppf also removes the need for running the amd enabler after the install as it was causing some issues. And some have reported a b0 error so I have fixed that for those users. So if you fit these groups get the new ppf and apply it to the iso before you install

you can find it in the ususal places

JaS.10.4.6.Install.Dvd.PPF1

Rushing to the green demon downloading it.....

God save me......

This patch do work a little: I succeed in installing it to my HDD (near 4 hours. OMG>_<)

But not happy long: First the keyboard cannot use, from the beginning of the installation; then when boot from HDD, something like "(45: SystemStarter)tfp: failed" appears... and the system just halt there...

I don't know why... Could anybody give any help?
