(i could just reinstall osx but can't be arse to wait) How can i access the mac harddrive on windows, as it doesnt show the drive on windows? domino Posted August 29, 2005 Share Posted August 29, 2005 you need to install vmware and mount the tiger-x86 on it. you need to apply the thing to speed it up (see wiki tips). shut down vmware oxs and mount your native partition in vmware osx. fire up vmware and start editing the native mac install files. Tornado Posted August 29, 2005 Share Posted August 29, 2005 Transmac and MacDrive for some reason will ocassionally LOSE the mac drives, I went to device manager and uninstalled the hard drive that I was using for os x, then rebooted my pc and after reboot, the drive was visible again as a mac drive.
