tammo
Hi everybody, I know that this issue has been discussed in several threads. I have an ATI 9600 mob. 64 mb. but it is recognized with 128 Mb. Display: Type: VGA-Compatible Controller Bus: PCI VRAM (Total): 128 MB Vendor: ATI (0x1002) Device ID: 0x4e50 Revision ID: 0x0000 Displays: Display: Resolution: 1024 x 768 Depth: 32-bit Color Core Image: Supported Main Display: Yes Mirror: Off Online: Yes Quartz Extreme: Supported It is really a pain to work with a stretched 1024x768 res on a 1280x800 display. I already tried to disable the graphic expansion in the bios but this is not possible. Has anybody a working system using an ATI Adapter and a 1280x800 resulution? Best regards, tammo Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/13308-1280x800-ati/ Share on other sites
vince29
Omni is working on a frambuffer for ATI graphics, which should allow to change resolution and frequency. You'll find more info on the "Hacking ATIndrv" thread in the Drivers subforum.
