We will have to wait until those drivers are released. Apple said they would soon use these two graphic cards, but did not say when. So be patient!! Yes, it it from 10A261. I didn't say, well, because. Sorry to hear those don't work in 10.5, or 10A261 for that matter. I still remember running system 7 extensions in 9... Hope the 4800 drivers will still be there (and work) when snow leopard comes out. Anyway, as the original question was "any drivers coming up for [48x0] cards", I'd say: yeah, baby, yeah!
