GR3EN_CHRONIC
Hello, i wasnt exactly sure where to put this because it pertains to just OSx in general. I've been looking into installing OSx the past few days and was wondering if anyone could help me figure out which version would be for me or if my system is even capable of running OSx. My system specs are as followed: Motherboard: ASUS M2N4 SLI CPU: AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3500+ SSE2 Video Card: Nvidia EVGA 7300 LE 256mb If there is anything else that needs to be known to help i could get it, but im not exactly sure what info you guys could possibly need. I have searched high and low to see if my mobo is supported with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, GR3EN Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/122069-installation-questions/ Share on other sites

danskim
I wish I could help, but unfortunately I don't have the answer. However, you should note that other people, who have posted recently with questions, have also complained that they have not been helped. Hagar
This is a self-help forum, partly because all the information you need is at your fingertips, if you would but look it up, and partly because people are sick to death of "help me" topics. (take a look in the buying guides section, it's overflowing with them) so, in short, take a good look at your specs (chipsets and other low-level info, not brandnames), compare them to the wiki, and what is already posted here, and figure it out from there, rather than bumping your topic & whining. If you run into problems on the way, and genuinely can't figure out what's going on after a couple of days searching, reading & trying, you will at least know what to put in a post to allow others to give you some assistance. "Here is my machine, what do I do?" simply doesn't cut it. MGJulius
Hey Try Leo4allv3 or iDeneb v1. Make sure you install the nforce chipset driver when you install. thirdshiftdj
I'm a newb and I got mine to work. Like the mod said look around and don't be so lazy. You could go to the hardware compatability list and kind of figure out what you need and what you need to do from there.
