cmdshft Posted June 26, 2008 Share Posted June 26, 2008 Actually, it might work. AT&T has subsidiary GSM partners in other countries. Verizon has the same, the one Blackberry they advertised as being a WorldPhone or something, where the phone is default CDMA where available, and also able to use GSM networks of companies they signed lease agreements with outside of the USA. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same scenario with AT&T.
