k... so I'm trying to install Windows on a separate HDD from my OS X disk... but it says that my disk does not meet the criteria for the install (Its a blank disk with no partitions and more than enough free space)...

Here's my system spec:

Intel C2D

ASUS P5B

320GB HDD (OS X)

120GB HDD (Time Machine)

500GB HDD (Data)

120GB HDD (Windows)

The 320GB HDD is connected via SATA

The 2 120 GB HDDs are connected via IDE (Time Machine= master, Blank for Windows= slave)

the 500 HDD is external...

...anyone know why it says that none of the disks meet the criteria???

There's probably some conflict going on with those two IDE drives. Try disconnecting the Time Machine drive and see if the installation goes through. Also, make sure the drive with Windows is the first hard drive your BIOS loads.

you can do it but in this way:

you set up your mac and install paralle software and set up your windows in mac

2 benefit of this way:

your system is run fast

you can access to your windows with out reset your system
