  3. What I found interesting is that, even with only Apple Silicon support, the installer was still 17-18GB in size. :)) Remember when they used to be around 4-5GB? I know there's probably a lot of "AI" in there now. But yeah...I was kind waiting for them to decrease. Now I'm not sure they will ever go back to that size.
  4. I have still working computer GA 965P-S1, E6300 Conroe, Radeon HD5570, ALC888 (VoodooHDA 334), OS⌘ 10.11.6 (15G22010) It booted by Clover. Works fine but it is ancient not supporting modern programs.
  5. Now I need a M4 mac anything. 😎 2026-06-08 18:32:00 .. 140-17224 .. 27.0.0.26A5353q macOS 27 Beta https://swcdn.apple.com/content/downloads/57/01/140-17224-A_P1A9GDNMB4/u67ywguno7fkwggtvtzizznb1eimpgqy5k/InstallAssistant.pkg
  6. All I can do ... is just keep watching. 😎 2026-06-08 18:32:00 .. 140-17224 .. 27.0.0.26A5353q macOS 27 Beta https://swcdn.apple.com/content/downloads/57/01/140-17224-A_P1A9GDNMB4/u67ywguno7fkwggtvtzizznb1eimpgqy5k/InstallAssistant.pkg
  7. @litemint09 If you want to contribute and help others, it would be a good idea for you to post your latest "working" EFI in the other thread. Nice work!
  8. I took the EFI from this thread which you were also contributing (thanks btw), i just updated the entire thing to make it work for tahoe, add some RTC Fix patch.
  9. @litemint09 Sleep / Wake working perfectly on HP EliteDesk 800 G4/G5 Minis. I don't recall sleep/wake ever working on the 800 G3 Mini, so if you had it working on the 400 G3, that's impressive!
  10. Hi @deeveedee hows the sleep wake of this 26.6 on your elitedesk? On my HP prodesk 400 G3, sleep/wake was broken, but on 26.5 was perfectly working.
  11. To compile Clover on the new system, the deployment target must be 12 or higher. Xcode no longer supports a 10.6 deployment target. https://github.com/maxpicelli/Clover-Compiler-Builder/releases/tag/Clover
  12. MaLd0n

    VoodooHDA 3.1.2

I just update things on this, if u can test my last version. Work good for me. i added option via bootarg alcid=xx, etc. Check if work good for u. All credits to Slice and others. #Wrong Version. The correct version is Voodoo.zip
  13. @MaLd0n Thanks for this 4.0, can I make a youtube video about it on my channel? and ask a permission to reupload the file into my drive, I will give credits to you man.
  14. My application creates a USB installer natively on Apple Silicon. 😉
  15. Now I really want a silicon mac. That might've been apple's intention, though.

  17. i will check nootedgreen after its loads in vesa mode. Here clover efi https://fileport.io/DbLQHWAuFL8b
  18. Not in the budget for me this year, so fortunately the hacks are doing extremely well and no compelling reason to move to macOS 27. I'm planning to look at used M4 MacBooks next year.
  19. Hello my friend, So far everything is fine here. I haven’t noticed any bugs yet. In fact, my applications are running well. I did lose support for some older apps, but the system still asked me to install Rosetta. For example, MaciASL doesn’t run, but Clover Configurator does, as well as Word, Excel, and other applications.
  20. As soon as I have some time I'll install it on my 15" MacBook Air M4 so I can test it.
  21. Honestly, I don't really know - it was mainly bought so I could do some tests and dumps if needed.
  22. The fear of missing out (FOMO) is real! 😂
  23. Hi there @Max.1974 is the dev beta too much buggy? I heard it runs much smoother than the actual macOS 26.5.1 considering all the Intel code and kernel binaries already removed from it plus the GUI/UX improvements. I would install on a separate partition I would create in my M4 mini if it’s really worth testing it.
  24. Nice my friend!! Great investment !!
  25. I bought a used Mac mini m1 (250€). I should have it in 3 to 5 days.
  26. See here for experiment with Whatevergreen boot-arg igfxfw=2. based on this experimentation, I do not believe that the i7-10610U CPU has a UHD620 iGPU as is claimed by much of the published hackintosh documentation for this CometLake CPU.
  27. It's been a while since I experimented with igfxfw=2 Whatevergreen boot-arg for a mobile platform and this is the first time I'm experimenting with it in macOS Tahoe. This boot-arg forces loading of Apple graphics microcode. With all of my previous tests with UHD620 iGPU, igfxfw=2 did not work and I needed to use igfxrpsc=1 (enable rps-control). With my CometLake i7-10610U CPU, boot-arg igfxfw=2 not only works, but it improves GeekBench 6 Metal Benchmarks consistently by 3% (not much, but not nothing). With igfxfx=2 (best of 5 trials) Without igfxfw=2 (best of 5 trials) This leads me to believe that the i7-10610U iGPU is not UHD620 as claimed by most hackintosh documentation, but is actually a varient of UHD630 or Iris. Test configuration: HP EliteBook 850 G7 CPU: i7-10610U Bootloader: Open Core 1.0.7 macOS: Tahoe 26.6 Beta 1 See here for framebuffer patches
