Clone Yosemite from HDD 7200rpm to SSD

Normally I use my SSD to have my stable Yosemite and use my WD Black of 500GB to play with new ways to optimize my Yosemite without compromise my day by day OS.

I normally use R-Drive (Windows software) to make backups of my HDD, and when something goes wrong I just have to restore it and works 100%.

My question is:

- If I end up to be able to "create" a better Yosemite in my 7200rpm HD, can I clone it to my SSD without problem, i.e.,when I install Yosemite in a HDD and then clone it to a SSD, the performance will be the same as if I make a fresh install by default in a SSD, wheres no any diferences in Yosemite between HDD and a SSD that make clone a HDD to a SSD a bad idea?

If same image from ssd and hdd, then the ssd is faster of course.

It is different is only configurate file and boot file. Super dumper clone 100%, Carbon copy clone clone 99.9% except boot file, you would need to reinstall bootloader, mthis is where problem occurs because overdrive boot configurator, just make sure it have the same boot file and configurate then it be good.

One moe thing is ssd would need trim which it can not be test by hard drive.

I know that supposedly is a exact copy, my question is, when Yosemite is installed in a SSD or installed in a HDD the files are the same?

I have afraid that when I install Yosemite in HDD they will make Yosemite with some configs for HDD and then when I copy to the SSD those configs come along and then they are not taking advantage of the SDD or is just me thinking to much and the only diference is pure hardware?

So I normally use R-Drive (windows software) but will be nice using a Mac software for the effect. My question is, is better SD or CCC, for what I understand SD right?

CCC

But don't copy the bootloader for what I understand right, how can be better then?

I use yesterday the CCC and work great copy my SSD to a HDD, But i don't even realize if the clover boot was the SSD or the HDD.

Most the time, in osx, will use ccc or sd to clone a drive, had not been use window software clone it. In linux, clonezilla is great, but drive size have to be equal or bigger than source.

You could run darwun dumper to see boot file and bot configurate on it to see target drive is good enough or need more file clone.
