Here is the edited DSDT. Place in your extra folder and then restart. Then post a new IOreg so that I can finish the final edits.

i deleted the applehpet..kext repaired permissions and i got this kernel panic

As a temporary workaround, use NullCPUPowerManagement.kext (google is your friend), since your KP has AppleIntelPowerManagement.kext in backtrace.

thanks i am using NullCPUPowerManagement.kext i am interested in running native power mangement i have sent maldon a pm and im waiting to see if he responds to my post i hear maldon is the dsdt genius

Your probably going to be waiting until sometime after OSX 10.9 Mountain Goat has been released before he comes along and fixes everything for you. Do you know why you want native power management? Have you tried extracting your SSDT tables and adding them to your /Extra folder too?

ForceHPET=Yes

try using that at boot prompt, with HPET kext reinstalled
