Give it a try, and later you will confirm what everyone here has told you: no way.

 

Between Ultimate and other versions, Ultimate need more resources. And will use more ram.

 

In my laptop I have Home Premium, and in my desktop I have Ultimate 64 bits (runs great)

 

Where did you get the information that Ultimate needs more resources? I was under the impression the difference was minimal to the point where you would never notice?

My login to MSoft shows me my Win7 product key (which is always constant regardless of pick), then asks what version I want to download today to use that key on, x86 or x64, ISO, or DMG

 

Why would they allow you to download a DMG? Isn't that an OS X install format?
