  1. Leopard on dv6500?

Sorry if this post is a repeat of what you've seen already. I have an old notebook that I'd like to hackintosh, but I'm not sure which ISO to download for maximum compatibility. I don't absolutely NEED wifi access, but I really don't want to have to buy a dongle. I googled for it but I'm only finding stuff for the AMD systems. If you need any further info, please let me know. I really want to do this! I checked the BIOS and it's quite sparse. Only able to change boot order, pause time before POST, and hard drive check. Specs (from dxdiag for max correctness): System Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard System Model: HP Pavilion dv6500 Notebook PC BIOS: Ver 1.00PARTTBL Processor: Intel® Core2 Duo CPU T5250 @ 1.50GHz (2 CPUs), ~1.5GHz Memory: 4096MB RAM Available OS Memory: 4094MB RAM --------------- Display Devices --------------- Card name: NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS Manufacturer: NVIDIA Chip type: GeForce 8400M GS DAC type: Integrated RAMDAC Device Key: Enum\PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0427&SUBSYS_30CC103C&REV_A1 Display Memory: 1900 MB Dedicated Memory: 109 MB Shared Memory: 1791 MB Current Mode: 1280 x 800 (32 bit) (60Hz) ------------- Sound Devices ------------- Description: Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio) Driver Name: RTKVHD64.sys Driver Version: 6.00.0001.5548 (English) --------------------- Sound Capture Devices --------------------- Description: Microphone (Realtek High Definition Audio) Default Sound Capture: Yes Default Voice Capture: Yes Driver Name: RTKVHD64.sys Driver Version: 6.00.0001.5548 (English) Device Manager Screenshot (for chipset): http://grab.by/4HOa -Thanks <3
  2. Holy {censored}. That's epic! I wouldn't mind having one of those around the house. I'll echo the above: How much did the conversion cost?

I always try to stay away from Rapidshare. They've seemed almost predatory in their desires for paid users. Yeah, it's a service and subscriptions keep the doors open. I get that. But when you close off downloads because ten people have accessed it in a day, that's ridiculous. :/
  4. Show Your Connection Speed!

I have no clue why my download is so high... It's probably because I'm probably the only one on in the neighborhood. It's only 7am or so. Normally my download is ~10 megabits. Torrenting only shows a ~200kb/s speed, though. It makes me sadface.
  5. best thing to download music on?

    www.4shared.com is pretty good too.
  6. Product key Windows7 Enterprise and Ultimate

Why would they allow you to download a DMG? Isn't that an OS X install format?
