kinkadius
since there appears to be no progress on dual booting win/osx on any of the intel macs and i NEED to get a development laptop soon, do you think i can dual boot windows and osx on this laptop and have osx be stable enough to run xcode to do some programming? http://configure.us.dell.com/dellstore/con...c=E1705S2&s=dhs any suggestions or help at all would be great. I really want a macbook pro, but at the same time my work is going to require me to develop for windows as well. kinkadius
sorry i'm showing my ignorance here, but would it be possible to even triple boot on a laptop? (windows/osx/ubuntu) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/9929-think-i-can-do-xcode-on-this-laptop/#findComment-62146 Share on other sites
Urbz
Just go for the Macbook. You'll be waiting maybe a month at most, and maybe not at all if Darwine already runs well on the notebook. I suspect you could program no problems with xcode for mac and mayeb Quincy or something like it for windows in Darwine. But yeah, definetly go for the Macbook.
