nextstep
Well looks like we might be able to bypass 10.4.4 and go straight to 10.4.5... mark7714
Has anyone tried the 10.4.5 update yet? I'm afriad. I got the itunes update though, and it works perfectly. I'd love to here what happens if anyone has tried. What I'm hoping happens is that Maxxuss will release a patched version of the 10.4.5 update package. His site appears to have been taken down today though Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/9542-os-x-1045-dmg-in-a-few-days/#findComment-59643 Share on other sites
logic551
I installed the .4.5 update from the .4.3 partition to the new .4.4, replaced extensions and the mach_kernel then just followed the notes on maxxuss page from the boot with -s on 10.4.4... booted up fine and reports osx as 10.4.5...
