  1. Unlocking iPhone

they're under heavy load, so what did they say? As long as it wasn't the news that they think they might know how it works...
  2. Frustrated with Leopard

yeah, I did that. I did a compact defrag and a full defrag and it still won't let me create any partitions.
  3. Frustrated with Leopard

I've been trying to burn Leopard since I got it and I'm going insane. I've gone through three DVD DL discs trying to do it, I downloaded iPartition and CDMaker with no luck as they STILL don't let me partition, and I've tried shrinking it to fit on a normal disc!| The DVD-DL discs won't let me burn a straight ISO in Windows and when I boot into OS X on my Hackintosh I can't use my DL burner for some odd reason even though it says it works: OPTORITE DVD RW DD1205: Firmware Revision: 100e Interconnect: ATAPI Burn Support: Yes (Unsupported) Profile Path: None Cache: 2048 KB Reads DVD: Yes CD-Write: -R, -RW DVD-Write: -R, -RW, +R, +RW, +R DL Burn Underrun Protection CD: Yes Burn Underrun Protection DVD: Yes Write Strategies: CD-TAO, CD-SAO, CD-Raw, DVD-DAO Media: No Windows won't let me burn it as an ISO and just says that I need to put in a CD to burn an image and I tried Transmac to burn the DMG and it acted like it worked and then it just didn't o.o
  4. Installing Leopard

My problem is with iPartition. It won't let me partition my hard drive at all and it's become quite annoying. I've followed the directions (e.g. make the boot CD) and it still doesn't allow me to partition the drive.
  5. I came, I saw... I'm probably going back to Tiger

Just a quick point: it's definitely not necessary for Mail to work on an OS that is strictly to test and develop your applications.
  6. Installing Leopard

Yeah, I'm really having trouble getting it installed. I hate you smelly Leopard!@@$!@#1
  7. Leopard beta hunt

Seems kind of silly unless you'll be actively soliciting developers to help it leak.
  8. Here's an idea for distributing 9A466

This is how I distributed every build of OS X Intel (10.4.1-10.4.4) to you guys: I'd make a decentralized torrent in Azureus and send the magnet link to a few of the guys and they'd download it and then I'd make a real torrent and get them all on it and we'd seed it to everyone. Plus, I don't have to worry as I'm in Canada and our ISP's don't like giving out our information.
  9. When is Leopard Going to Leak?

If anyone here doesn't want to be the first to seed it I'll do it. I seeded and released all the others ones so it's no big deal. However, I'm not asking for it because I'm not dying for it until it's the RTM/Gold version.
  10. When is Leopard Going to Leak?

It's not Apple's genius move. It's the paranoia of everyone else. EVERY SINGLE Tiger release was said to be watermarked, but it never was. People just instantly get scared and they start spouting that it could be watermarked.
  11. When is Leopard Going to Leak?

It's {censored}, it was all a stunt and that was the only way out once they realized people were waiting for nothing.
  12. When is Leopard Going to Leak?

Just thought I'd point out once again that there's no watermark on the DVD's. They'd have to print up 5000+ unique DVD's, that's stupid. I leaked every single version of Tiger x86 (yes, 10.4.1-10.4.4) and every time people said there was a watermark and there never was. No, I'm not a developer, but I had access.
  13. When is Leopard Going to Leak?

Just thought I'd point out that there's never been a watermark on any of the developer copies of any of the OS releases. I noticed earlier that someone said the ones from ADC are watermarked, but they're not.
  14. When is Leopard Going to Leak?

It'll be leaked before then as I don't believe that it's posted on the developer connection site. As well, kind of funny but I live in the same city as AMD.Prophet. Literally, I live in Surrey, BC about five minutes form his address.
  15. Wow, that sucks: http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/070412/sfth056.html?.v=87
