Scorpio123 Posted March 23, 2008 Share Posted March 23, 2008 Hey there, i'm using MAC OS X Tiger 10.4.10 Kalyway SSE2. Just upgraded to Toast Titanium 9 from 8, and its not booting for some reason... The dock icon just keeps bouncing and freezes.. Anybody else have a similar problem and know a possible fix? Thanks in advance! tea Posted April 20, 2008 Share Posted April 20, 2008 I have QE supported, but CI isn't possible because of hardwarelimitation. Toast are fully functional on my Laptop under 10.4.8 and 10.4.9. Now under 10.4.11 it isn't? hmmm.... Btw. Toast 8.0.3 and Toast 9 both won't startup! sirbangsalot Posted May 8, 2008 Share Posted May 8, 2008 I have both Toast 7 and 8 and all of a sudden neither one works. They attempt to launch, bounce in the dock, then crash. I'm on a new 8 Core Mac Pro with 14 gigs of Ram and two ATi Radeon 2600 XT graphics cards. I know the applications were working as recently as last week as I have been using the two applications to burn simultaneously to each of my drive bays. Anyone have any ideas as to what is going on? inimicus Posted May 15, 2008 Share Posted May 15, 2008 Toast 8 on 10.4.11 would bounce and disappear when I had a certain divx plugin in my QT plugins folder. This apparently was a known issue, and all was well after removing those quicktime components/plugins. As far as Toast freezing, I haven't encountered this issue as I only used T8T on Tiger.
