The Security Update is safe. You shouldn't install the Time Machine update, because that is the one with the new kernel.

I did the Time Machine update and I dont see anything wrong so i guess its safe with me but all what I want to make sure of is the security update.

I installed all three updates on an iAtkos based install of 10.5.2 with no problems. I am using a Core 2 system with EFI enabled. So it's all vanilla as far as it goes. SMBios.kext was replaced to allow the system to detect front USB ports and report everything correctly in System Profiler, but it looks like that isn't an issue on this update.
