I'm running XxX_OS_x86_10.4.11 and it runs great no errors that I can see. It just have no audio. Here are the specs of my PC Specifications CPU Support = CPU support 0.09 & 0.13 process. I experienced the same problem whe I installed xXx 10.4.10, I just replaced the AC97 audio kext with the one from 10.4.6 and it worked great after. westwaerts Posted January 15, 2008 Share Posted January 15, 2008 check a little round rayland, in most cases you must edit the azaliaaudio.kext and the azaliacontroller.kext then you will get at least audio out. bestman50 Posted January 17, 2008 Share Posted January 17, 2008 Hi I have a gateway MX3230 with Vinyl AC'97 VIA Tech, I tried installing a few drivers but have no sound. The system profile sez no audio, but the system preference show audio input and output but sound not working. any one know of a fix.I also tried the azaliaaudio package. heres a screen shot.
