im new to this whole vanilla kernel thing but i hear it uses unmodified updates thats good!!

could i use the vanilla kernel with a Intel Celeron M 430 1.73 GHz

or is it only a core2dou thing?

also which version of 10.5 should i install iatkos or kalyway 10.5.1 i DLed both just incase one didn't work

"Vanilla" = Apple unmodified Kernel and (almost all) kexts.

 

WILL NOT work on anything less than a core architecture cpu with an intel chipset motherboard.

 

so: NO sse2, NO AMD, NO P4HT, Celeron D, or really anything but a core2duo (with some very few exceptions)
