official drivers for rtl8101 network adapter (realtek)

because people are lazy in searching and filtering through threads full of {censored} they dont care about and other hardware not pertaining to what they need, Ive narrowed your search down

 

go here, download the drivers, run the pkg inside the zip file and your internet undoubtably should work. (as long as you set up isp the rest properly after reboot duh)

I have no idea what a kext is, or how to run it, or what ever you do with it so this was a walk in the park for me... easy peasy

Well I do see that nobody paid attention to update the information about SL, ML, Mavericks, so I guess I would be the first after 2008 to bring the topic back to life again :)

 

I can confirm - it is working perfectly fine in the official Mavericks OS X 10.9 release downloaded directly from AppStore so thanks to Realtek and  mattcyborgelt

It is strange how Realtek are listing the driver for Mac OS X (the intel based ones) :) So do they support the hackintosh or what? ;)
