REVENGE
I know that the driver in IO80211 is specifically written for this chipset, but the damned thing just doesn't work on my laptop. I have the first combo of IDs as well, does anybody know a solution? 00diabolic
Theres a script to turn it on if yours is not detected. Mine did this same thing the first time i installed. Second time it turned it on automatically. Do a google for broadcom bcm43XX sh or script (bcm4311) on insanelymac. I cant remember where I got it from. REVENGE
Dammit, I searched around and apparently it's because my Compaq C500 has a soft power on/off switch for the device, and there's no way to do it yet through OS X.
