sg
why do you care if its ejectable? technically all OSX drives are ejectable by dragging it to the trash to unmount.
AlainTox714
Hi, I have external HDD connected to system via eSATA link. 10.5.1 properly shows it as ejectable drive. As this drive will be always connected to system - I want to "mark" it as non-ejectable/internal. Best will be when it will be identified by diskutil like: ejectable: no location:internal How can I do this in 10.5.1 ? What you want is to set the drive as non removable since it will be always ejectable. Have tried a long time ago to find the opposite and didn't achieved. If i remember hard drive settings are related to kernel directly.
