Ok, lets see.

Build your own computer!

Mobo: http://www.dealtime.com/xPO-Intel-D946GZIS

Now you have to find compatible ram and other things (maybe the CPU isn't included, didn't read)!

Then install away....

well my budget is 600 bucks, am thinking of using the machine for gaming, since gaming machines can do absolutely anything.

here is one i have spec'ed out for 600 (after rebates and shipping, before tax [in three states]), with no monitor.

hope this helps, and btw, I don't mind feedback on mine :(

I have never really build a computer of my own, I know where everything preety much is, but all those connectors and stuff, i am cluless.

Should i just pay around 30 bucks for someone to do it? or should i take the risk?

also, how to i know if the MOBO will fit the cpu case?

That sounds like a good idea to me (paying somebody or asking a friend). Make sure it is somebody who really knows what he/she is doing.
