I wouldn't much care for a management position in the department that makes software for MS's biggest competitor. Which, ironically, is the largest producer of Mac software aside from Apple themeselves. I'd much rather be a programmer =p Once again though...he's done an amazing job taking over from his predecessor. The communication he's been giving us has been incredible, especially for an MS employee.
