Lactobacillus P
Hello, I've a MacBook Pro Core Duo 2.16 GHz and I don't have the restor disk can I use My MAC OS 10.4.8 X86 on It ? If you mean, the hacked OSX that runs on regular PC, I am sorry to tell you it will not. OSX X86 is patched to work and boot from pc's which use a pc-firmware called BIOS. Real Macs use another firmware called EFI and boot in a different way. 10.4.8 is still available in shops but perhaps you could wait for Leopard. Perhaps OSX 10.4.x for real Macs is to be downloaded from the same source as you plan on getting OSX86 from. Good luck. Mark
