lawlzor Posted October 6, 2007 Share Posted October 6, 2007 ok so im going to assume that the hardware differences between the 5.5g ipod and the 6g ipod (classic cuz im not quite sure if 6g can apply to touch and classic) isnt very big. we live in a forum of apple geniuses. couldnt the 6g firmware be modified to work on the 5.5g ipod? i really want the cover flow, and i just got my 5.5g in june. i feel kinda gyped.
