ninetto
Just started crapping out, no load, just Fireworks & PowerPoint.... Perhaps you have loaded a gma 900 or 950 patch, instead of the right video driver/patch.... with installs, if you are not absolutely sure, it is best not to add any vga drivers and deal with it after the first boot... check http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?sho...mp;#entry240528 or the genius bar/video solutions regarding "garbled display"... i have to say the video scrambled-eggs does look pretty cool though... hiside, ninetto Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/65306-ever-seen-this-before/#findComment-462284 Share on other sites

I reckon it must either be my ATI on the way out, or just a heat problem - I had the fan turned almost off, cranked it up a but now. Hopefully it won't happen again.... mifki
GFX card is too hot, especially for your card you need the fan turned on all the time. I had it with my fanless 1600xt when playing quake 4, i fixed it by strapping a fan to it Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/65306-ever-seen-this-before/#findComment-462597 Share on other sites
