There are a couple of things to take into consideration. If the dmg is a typical compressed or encrypted one, then it's rather difficult to find a burning program on Windows that will burn it. If it is a CD/DVD Master type (usually has an extension of .cdr, but not always) then you can burn it with Nero. In Nero, go to the Recorder > Burn Image dialog box and browse to the folder where you have the dmg stored, and in the drop down box at the bottom, select All Files instead of Images. Select your dmg file and burn it. If Nero asks about a "foreign image", select HFS in the drop down box and don't change any other settings. I've burned lots of dmgs this way, but remember that they HAVE to be uncompressed and unencrypted. You can usually tell those because they are exactly, to the byte, the size of the media you are burning.
