Yes, you can do something. I'm going to assume you're using the Deadmoo image here, and if so, you need to add the Core Graphics kext back into the extentions folder. It's extremely hard to find online, but try the IRC channel if you can't get it.

I am useing a deadmoo Mac OS X 10.4.1, I installed useing DD

(dd if=c:\tiger-x86-flat.img of=\\.\PhysicalDrive1)

You are about 3 releases behind the current OSX86 install. When using deadmoo, you will need to use Maxxus 0.5c patch for 10.4.1 which contains the coregraphics file. The patch is easier than trying to do coregraphics yourself.
