UZi706
Is there like a beta version, or has it been release, I've be seeing alot of post's about it
Guest Ramm
Do you track any Apple developments? Of course it has - there are two betas out, to be exact. Go here where you can make an ADC account (it costs money to get the Beta) and download it.
DsurioN
Is there like a beta version, or has it been release, I've be seeing alot of post's about it No, it is not released. It will be released in October. There is a beta however. The discussions you see here are about pre-release beta versions usually seeded to developers who are part of ADC or given to WWDC attendees. However, as you might guess, many have been able to get a copy without paying membership or event fees.
Guest Ramm
I didn't mean it as the whole OS was released, I meant two betas were released (I seem to have been paying attention to the latter part of his question).
DsurioN
Oops, sorry Ramm , I didn't see your post, because we posted at almost the exact same time. My post is replying directly to the first one.

Technically there are alot more then just two betas out.. there were a bunch of developer versions prior to the wwdc 07 release.
hazkid
They were not technically called betas.... everyone on this forum called them betas, but Apple didn't. In fact, when you think about it, 9A499 was never officially labeled a "beta", so we're all wrong! But really this is the breakdown of Leo builds (includes both "betas" and "developer previews") So there have been 9 builds so far.
