im running macOS X in native mode in dual boot with windows XP

if anyone can help me with this pleasee! tell me how to make it work...

thanks

From what I know Sound Blaster is not supported by Mac's at all. I'm not suprised beause they are bottom end cards and the only people that would buy a sound card for a mac are mostly professionals. On a good note...it looks like your motherboard has onboard sound. If you enable your onboard sound you may be able to get that working since the image has AC97 audio support.

I know the support isn't there, but the onboard mac sound isn't anywhere NEAR the quality of a 24bit-audio of a SB Card. Maybe not Pablo's particular version, but if he had an Audigy, the only thing that is comparable to that is the big Roland Soundscape cards that cast $1,000's. And if you're into any kind of gaming, HD Audio, or HD movies, Sound Blaster is about the best you can buy. I wish there was Mac support. But 3/4 of Creative Labs (the makers of Sound Blaster) cards ARE NOT bottom end cards. Trust me. I've been the proud owner of Sound Blaster products for close to 10 years now. I never use on-board sound... just makes me feel all.. dirty.

Anyways, heres to hopin we get SB support soon!
