Let say Leopard is out at the end of October. That means final version of Leopard should be done by September. Giving 1 months plus to press the DVD and transport it.

And it is nearly August that means Apple dont have much time left. Will apple make it release on Oct?

Why wouldn't they? The 9A466 beta was pretty much the complete operating system, they just need to tweak it a bit. It's probably already done at this point, actually, considering no new betas were released. It also doesn't take one month to burn the DVDs and then transport them.

if you knew or followed any previous apple OSX or even Classic system releases, you'd know they would release a frenzy of builds a few weeks before retail launch and it only takes them 1-2 weeks at most to create the CDs/DVDs and packaging.

There have also been builds released internally, just not to ADC members.

Correct, Apple will want to get builds oit to their ADC Members on a daily basis if possible near the end as they will want to try to make sure that all of the bug fixes that they come out with get into a ton of people's hands so they can be sure that the dix did not create a whole new batch of problems.

Most devs really don't like to go with the time old tradition of buggy x.0 releases.
