Is this possible, that I install VNC Server on a Windows machine and view/control it via a MacBook Pro running OS X via DSL? Thx

If you want to control a windows machine just install remote desktop conneciton for mac

Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection For Mac OS X

Thx chelhydra but I dont have Windows XP Pro.

lord_muad_dib are u sure? I haven't found a VNC client which runs Windows and OS X. I only found a Windowsbased VNC Server which can viewed with a java-enabled Webbrowser. The name of the VNC Client is TightVNC and UltraVNC but I'm not sure if this works.

I use RealVNC free server & enterprise standalone viewer for controlling windows xp from os x.

both these are free for personal use, just click "proceed to download".

I also recommend tsclientx (requires X11) which works with both Remote Desktop (RDP) and VNC protocols.
