Specifically, what is the difference between the AMD SSE2 kernel, the Universal Kernel-1, the Universal Kernel-2, and the Universal Kernel-3? frizbot Posted June 25, 2007 Share Posted June 25, 2007 I'll help by bumping as well. For Intel, there's an SSE2 kernel, an SSE3 one, and an SSE3 one with speedstep. The speedstep one caused kernel panics for me, as advertised. The plain one did not appear to. I didn't try the others.
