That computer has either an Intel 945GZ or 954GC motherboard, which should be fine, with Intel GMA950 graphics, which should be fine. Some people have trouble with the ALC861 audio chip, which this might have since it says only 6 channels instead of 8 (which the 88x would have), but others have gotten it to work in 10.4.8. I'm not sure about the network though. It might be the Realtek 8100c, which isn't on the HCL.
