sarahbau
No. osx86 is for PCs only. If you lost the original restore disc with OS X on it, I believe Apple will send you a replacement for like $20. Macshiba
It wont work, but you could either get a replacement, or download a copy of OS X off The Green Demon. sarahbau
Where can I download a Copy that work on my Mac Book. I want a direct Link Please. We aren't allowed to do that. It's really not hard to find. If you can find osx86, you can find a real OS X. Rule #2 No posting of direct or indirect links to warez or pirated pieces of software, this includes cracks, serials and torrents. sarahbau
Downloading restore DVDs might not be a good idea unless you're sure they are for your exact computer. Restore discs won't install on anything but the computer they were meant for. It would be best to look for just a plain OS X DVD, which should only be one disc. If you know that the restore discs are for your computer, then Disc 1 should be fine. Disc 2 just has extra stuff like the pre-loaded software and iLife.
