I have installed Mac OSX 10.4.8 on PC with ATI X1300 video card Intel processor and mother board. Everywith work well except one thing.

Computer hang after circa 1,5 hour of work. There is no any message. Pressing all keys on the keyboard has no effect except of pressing caps lock that toggle "Caps Lock" LED.

Please help me.

Go to 10.4.6 and then update to 10.4.8.

What you mean with this? How can I go to 10.4.6?

I have loaded with -v option and I see next output by dmesg

I have the same problem.

I was playing WoW and my hackintosh just froze. No mouse or keyboard lights, just a froze screen of WoW.

I also randomly get black restart screens when I leave it idle... no idea why

Same problem here as well. Will come back to a black screen of death (bsod?) Have also had the system hang on me.

Using Uphuck 1.3

10.4.9

Intel Core 2 Duo

2G DDR2

MSI 975X Platinum

nVidia 7600GT PCIe

ICH7 driver

SSE3 + speedtrap? (cant remember package name for downclocking)

logonmenu pkg

Will try -v boot & report findings.

Watching my sys.log, I am getting a lot of this. Succeeds then fails. Possible cause?

Will follow with my boot verbose.

Mauicoolboy - thanks for the help! I looks like your idea for the "jiggler" did help. I left it on over night idle. but with the jiggler running and when i came back it didnt have the BSOD. Havent tried playing WoW yet tho. I will tonight. Thanks again!
