CLiDE FTW!!1
Are there any precautions I should be taking before reinstalling a clean copy of Vista on my Vista partition? Is it possible to install Vista AFTER OS X? I don't want the installation to screw up my OS X partiton, as mac runs BEAUTIFULLY. However, Vista seems to reboot every hour or so (I think it's something to do with the timer crack I onced used with the RC2 beta files to get around activation... but I bought a new copy of Vista... ) I use acronis OS selector to select each partition. eggie
as long as you select the correct partition when installing and reformating you should be fine you might get a HFS+ error when you try to boot into osx after the install but solutions are well documented on this forum
CLiDE FTW!!1
^ Yup, they sure are. Thanks for the prompt reply, I'll re-install Vista after work; that is, if no one has any objections in the meantime!
Snerler
Can you report back what happens? I dual boot XP and OS X and have been debating if I should install Vista.
