neotigZ
i cant find drivers for this card anywhere. like my display is ok but i cant choose higher then 85 hertz for the monitor and it kills my eye. i have got use to 120 hz. there is only a few resalotions i can choose froom and the really kill my eyes since they can only use 60 hz. so what can i do if there just isnt any drivers? neotigZ
when i look at the system profiler it shows my card being x1300 instead of x1550. whats up with that? should i download the ati drivers from this site? http://diabolik1605.com/DHF/iATi.html wow i just tried to hit ctrl v and it didn't do anything. something tells me keyboard short cuts isn't the same on mac. oh also if i do install that one how to i do it i downloaded it and it said Install the 10.4.9 ATi kexts and NatitX1300.kext After installation do a Permissions Repair in Disk Utility. If you dont have Quartz Extreme or Core Image: Edit the ATIRadeonX1000.kext to have your Device-ID included. (IOPCIMATCH in the info.plist is what your looking for) i dont really get any of that since im a newbie to the mac thing. so if thats what i need to do then can someone dumb that down fer me

Seven Silhouette
I'm trying to get QE/CI working on one of these ATI x1550 512mb, too, and I'm not having much luck either. Already tried changing Device IDs and whatever to no avail. Guess we just have to see if anyone ever comes up with a working solution, because there doesn't seem to be one at the moment.
