TTrek
Hi, another question is, if there is a solution why vista does not recognize the battery mode if no power plug inserted.. When i insert the powerplug und remove it again it is recognized.. But why not after reboot and without powerplug? erbic
Yeah, it does this to me, too. If I start it up while on battery, the indicator says "Plugged in, not charging". Seems like kind of an oxymoron to me... Anyway, I think it might just be an issue with the ACPI drivers or with Apple's BIOS emulation. I wouldn't worry too much about it, since it still shows the proper percentage, but with the wrong status. TTrek
Hi, yes and if you change the power management to save energy it's just working as you've got power plugged in.. So the book is using more energy and the battery won't last longer... ACPI maybe.. have a nice weekend! rumblpak
This happens occasionally to me also. What I've found is that if you quickly plug in the power and remove it, it will go on battery. It will also get about an additional 30 minutes battery if you do this.
