Synaesthesia Posted March 15, 2007 Share Posted March 15, 2007 Well, it seems you guys are a bit slow on the uptake here, so I'll fill you in -->Core 2 Duo refresh on Dailytech Some awesome news, Intel are slashing prices on their whole range for the Core 2 Duo refresh slated for Q3 2007, including the entire range of Core 2 Duo chips costing less than $300! That's right, an e6850 will only cost $266! (prices per 1000). Also, more overclocking insanity with the upcoming e4400 and e4500 chips There's more, in anticipation of the AMD "Barcelona" launch, they are taking the hatchet to Quad core cpu's, including a Q6600 for only $266! Damn! Would love to see one of those baby's Oc'ed running leopard.
