stephancelmare360
I am downloading now JaS 10.4.8, another version... But it seems to be in (14) .rars and (1) .rtf . Does anybody have any clue on how to make them into a iso? I am new to this " rar " thing.. errandwolfe
Rar files are much like zip's. They are a compressed archive file. The main difference is with zip you get a single file. Rar's are designed so that people could download a large file in several smaller parts. To turn your rar's into an iso simply install an unzipping program for rar's. I recommend UnRarX for Mac or you can download the shareware Windows software at Rarsoft Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/44634-rars/#findComment-319563 Share on other sites

stephancelmare360
The .iso should be archived insided the .rars. Hold on? I extract the rars, correct? Into a folder? And automatically it turns into a iso? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/44634-rars/#findComment-319578 Share on other sites
WaldMeister
You extract the rar, when into a folder, in that folder you'll find the ISO file, wich you can open with Nero, UltraISO etc... and burn it to CD/DVD.
