I love mac but dont have access to one at work, so this at least makes me feel a bit more confortable. Try it out. http://www.punksoftware.com by the way i dont work for them. Rez.
This is has been out for about two years or so. I still prefer RKLauncher though. When I use a dock that is. supernovafan
OK so this rocket dock is pretty cool and all, but I prefer the redneck rocket launcher. Sorry, I couldn't help myself. Metrogirl
I'm still a fan of ASTON as my XP desktop replacement. Doesn't run on Vista, yet. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/44055-rocket-dock/#findComment-318090 Share on other sites

Metrogirl
Certainly: - It's 1600x1200 which is why the text appears tiny. You can't see the two fly-out sidebars which give access to a lot of stuff, but the row of buttons on the top produce drop-downs with the programs I commonly use. I've customised one of Aston's Zodiac themes with wallpaper which comes from a photo Munky (yes, the same guy who mods this forum) took of the Forth rail bridge. The systray gives a great pop-up semi-transparent calendar, and those floppy, DVD and computer icons are animated. Simple, effective and pleasing, for me anyway. Oh, if you were expecting it to look like OSX, it doesn't, though it could if I wanted because there are OSX-alike themes available. It's just not my choice to do that - although I use OSX a great deal, I still like Windows to look something like Windows - helps keep me switched on to which system I'm using.
