The new-ish Camino alpha (1.1a1) has that Firefox feature where you can tell new windows to open in new tabs instead. And before you go after me because it's an alpha: I've found it to be very stable, despite its unfinished status. I use recent nighty builds, those are much better than the latest (not so recent) official build. xtraa Posted January 19, 2007 Share Posted January 19, 2007 (edited) Hmm, Apple tries to capture Windows user for switching to Mac with iTunes for a while now. And iTunes is basically nothing more than a browser with some extra features. It even can display web content. So I think it could be very possible, that Apple is working on a Safari4Windows version. This would also fit their strategy of making ppl switch. But in case this is true, Apple would really have to make some improvements to Safari. Or the XP user will stick with IE7 or FF... hard competition for a new browser.
