asap18 Posted January 8, 2007 Share Posted January 8, 2007 iMovie comes free, and is for the basic to intermediate user you don't need final cut unless your doing large scale or high end movies. iMovie to for home users with basic features to intermediate, and final cut is for pros with advanced features plus it costs money. Plus, iMovie has a nice sized plugin network in addition to all that.
